Nick also painted these archers for me, which I've just finished basing. Please do have a click, they came out very well! They will form the crew of my ships, along with their rather intense captain (below), who was painted some years ago by Andres at Einar Olafson.

Those archers have a very Greek look to them with the floppy hats. Very nicely painted. The officer detail is wonderful. He can command one of my legions any time.
Yes Allan, they look very Greek, and would very likely have been very Greek! Lots of Greeks in the Roman navy.
They all look great, but I like the guy in the (Chalcidian?) helmet the best.
