... Perry 28mm Italian clergy, painted by Shaun Watson. These are lovely minis and he has really done them justice! The dismounted versions have already seen To the Strongest! action in Cardiff and Chalgrove, where their divine intercessions saved more than one game...
Fantastic work!
ReplyDeleteOh I love these!
ReplyDeleteI’ve got these tucked away- looking forward to painting them
ReplyDeleteThanks chaps! I bet you have, Chris! A super collection. Love your Swiss.
ReplyDeleteWell done sir, very well done!
ReplyDeleteA nice set of figures well rendered by the painter. But, the comfy pillows...?
ReplyDeleteLovely figures, very nicely painted!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Damn me... I recently painted the same figures. However, yours are much better than mine...
ReplyDeleteHi Bart, Shaun is a super painter, I can't certainly compete with him.
ReplyDeleteVery fine indeed mate!
ReplyDeleteThanks all!
ReplyDeleteExcellent stuff. Now your obviously talking to an audience of nerds who get the reference but not everyone will remember the Python sketch. My wife and I were at a museum last week and we came across a Torture Chair used by the inquisition, I turned to my wife and said "I wasn't expecting that" and we both burst into laughter. Unfortunately, the other people in the gallery didn't look very impressed with our apparently inappropriate display of mirth! My conclusion: Monty Python needs to be on the National Curriculum.
ReplyDeleteLOL Lee! :-)
